If you smell GAS or there is a FIRE, leave immediately and call 911. For other emergencies call (406) 443-3555 extension “2”

  • NO HEAT
  • NO POWER
  • A WATER LINE BURST
  • ROOF LEAKING
  • FLOODING
  • SPARKS
  • ALARMS GOING OFF

PLEASE NOTE:
If your maintenance issue is not causing a health or safety hazard and the property is not further being damaged by the issue please report this non emergency problem through your tenant portal or by calling the office. Please leave a message complete with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem if you are calling outside of business hours or the receptionist is away from the phone.
